Fundraising and Volunteering

Voluntering with us

We see our volunteers as partners in Mission working together to make a positive difference in peoples lives.

  • Volunteering is a way to enhance your own health and well-being and at the same to use your gifts to make a real difference;
  • Volunteering is a way to express gratitude for help you may have received in the past;
  • Volunteering builds confidence and is a great way to develop new skills and meet people; How to volunteer Community Care has a clearly articulated volunteer application process, policy and induction handbook in place: click here to request your copy.

Fundraising Ideas

Let’s help change people’s lives – together.

We are a growing charity and are grateful for all the support we receive from different individuals and sectors. All of our projects, advocacy, and awareness depend on the generosity and selflessness of many individuals, families and businesses.

We are grateful for any donation of funds, resources, time and expertise you can make available. If you want to make a donation or have the passion to run a fundraising event to support our work we would love to hear from you.

If you’re not sure where to start we have some suggestions on fundraisers below:

Fundraiser create introduction

Set up a Fundraising Page for your chosen project and then invite your friends, family and colleagues to get involved and support you. You can track how much money you have raised and keep people updated on your progress.

Creating your Fundraising Page is really simple. Just choose a name for your page and add a message explaining why you think this work is important and why you’re supporting it.

Which appeal would you like to fundraise for?
